Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges only. Please ensure that all items are checked thoroughly upon delivery. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist with a resolution at no additional cost to you.

Important: Ensure that the customs form indicates you are “Returning Product for Exchange or Repair.” We will not be liable for any customs charges for returned items. If items are sent back with customs charges, they will NOT be accepted or collected from the delivery company in possession.

Refund Timeline

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeline includes:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return once received.
  • Bank Processing: 5 to 15 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

Exchange Process

Exchange items will be shipped within 48 hours upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Once the items are inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement items and notify you via email with your tracking number.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Log into your account and send us an email at info@sarafinasbeauty.com stating the reason for your return, along with pictures of the items you intend to return or exchange.
  2. All returns must go through this process before sending them back to SARAFINA’S BEAUTY PRODUCTS.
  3. You will receive an email with the return address and a reference number.
  4. Include in your package:
    • A signed letter stating the reason for your return.
    • The original receipt.
    • Your name and order number.
    • A photo with the item you’re returning.

Note: Any returns without this authorization will be rejected.


Back Order Policy

If an item goes on back order, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. No additional shipping and handling fees will be charged for the second shipment.

  • All SARAFINA’S Wigs are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless you have received an incorrect item or damaged products. 
  • All SARAFINA’S Custom Hair items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • All SARAFINA’S Lashes, Bonnets, and Melting Bands are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • All SARAFINA’S Hair Products (such as Hair Mousse, Hair Wax, Melting Sprays, Edge Control, Brushes, Combs, Lace Tinting Palettes, and other hair products in this category) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
